WEIGHTS FOR WOMEN
 
You know the benefits of lifting weights.  You know if you have more muscle you'll burn more fat.  You know if you consistently train each muscle group you'll feel stronger, leaner, more confident and more alive!  But where do you start?  And once you take that first step, where do you go from there?...You Need Weights For Women!

Weights for Women is a strength training clinic, lead by Master Trainer, Lisa Bailey, that will provide you with a total-body strength training program for you to follow on your own for one month.  During the clinic, you will learn about each exercise, the muscle it is attacking, proper form and proper intensity.  You'll then walk away (program in hand) with the confidence, knowledge, and sheer motivation to work out on your own and create change!  Then, after your body adapts to your consistent month-long training, attend another WFW Clinic and get another new program!
 
Each Weights For Women Clinic is limited to 5 women and is available to you for $29!  Register now for an upcoming Weights For Women Clinic at the Front Desk.
